Toronto ProAthletix Lab is committed to providing high-quality training programs and facility access. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for services, programs, and facility use.

Program Registrations

​

Registrations for training programs, camps, clinics, or other scheduled activities may be subject to specific cancellation deadlines.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of registration:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled program may be eligible for rescheduling or credit toward a future program.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled program may not be eligible for a refund.

Toronto ProAthletix Lab reserves the right to review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.

Private Training Sessions

​

Private or small-group training sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be considered a used session and may not be eligible for a refund.

Facility Rentals

​

Facility rentals must be cancelled with reasonable notice.

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled rental may be eligible for rescheduling or credit.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental time may not be eligible for a refund.

Missed Sessions

​

Missed sessions or programs without prior notice are generally not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Program Changes or Cancellations

​

Toronto ProAthletix Lab reserves the right to cancel or modify programs, sessions, schedules, or services when necessary, including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions
• Safety concerns
• Facility maintenance
• Insufficient enrollment

If Toronto ProAthletix Lab cancels a program or session, participants may be offered rescheduling options or account credit.

Refund Method

​

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued using the original payment method when possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
